Genius 3013 Oxygen-rich nitrogen gas generator
Specifically developed to support Chip Cube applications on the 6490 QQQ and 6550 Q-TOF mass spectrometers, which demand a much higher gas flow. The Genius 3013 nitrogen generator can be switched to provide either laboratory-grade nitrogen or the 10% oxygen-rich nitrogen required for Agilent Technologies' Chip Cube instrument.
