Our Commitment
PEAK International trading as PEAK Scientific, PEAK Gas Generation and Noblegen recognizes its responsibility to protect the environment and is committed to continual improvement in environmental performance. In alignment with ISO 14001, we pledge to:
- Compliance: Meet or exceed all applicable environmental legislation, regulations, and other requirements relevant to our operations.
- Pollution Prevention: Minimize pollution and environmental impact through proactive management of our activities, products, and services.
- Sustainable Resource Use: Promote efficient use of energy, water, and raw materials, and reduce waste generation across all areas of our business.
- Carbon Footprint Reduction: Actively lower our carbon footprint through initiatives such as our Green Lab program, investment in renewable energy, and adoption of low-emission technologies and practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance our Environmental Management System through regular review, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
- Employee Engagement: Educate and empower our employees to take responsibility for environmental performance in their roles.
- Eco-Innovation: Design and deliver products and services that support environmental sustainability and reduce lifecycle impacts.
This Environmental Policy provides a framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets. It will be communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of Peak International and made available to stakeholders.
Implementation Strategy
To fulfil this intent, PEAK International will:
- Establish and maintain an ISO 14001-compliant EMS that integrates environmental considerations into strategic planning and daily operations.
- Set measurable environmental objectives and targets, reviewed annually to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and partners to promote sustainable practices throughout our value chain.
- Expand our Green Lab initiative and other carbon-reduction programs to drive innovation in sustainable operations and product development.
- Communicate our environmental performance transparently to stakeholders.
Statement Review
Senior management will review this Environmental Statement annually to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with our business goals and environmental responsibilities
