In this latest question/answer session he describes how he uses his GC for indoor air quality, emission testing and lubricant analysis. Typically, what is the focus of your GC analysis - what sort of applications?

"Indoor air quality, emission testing for the automotive industry as well as internal lubricant analysis."

What Peak Scientific generators do you have in your laboratory and what GC instruments do they supply?

"We supply two Thermo Fisher Trace 1310 coupled with single and triple quad mass spectrometers as well as a Thermodesorber ATD 650, and have a Peak Precision Hydrogen Trace 500."

What prompted you to choose a Peak generator and how long have you used them?

"We have used the Precision hydrogen generator for two years now and we picked Peak over other companies due to its good reputation."

What has been the key benefit of deploying Peak generators as opposed to your previous gas supply solution?

"The biggest advantage is to get rid of the heavy gas bottles and by doing this we do not run out of gas during our anaysis anymore, Murphys law, you know."

"Overall we are very satisfied and will continue to change the rest of our gas bottles to generators in the near future."
