GISENAlabs chooses longevity with PEAK’s NM32LA

At PEAK, we have been manufacturing gas generators for over 25 years and many labs are still using our flagship generator, the NM32LA, today.

One of these labs is at Grupo Integral de Servicios Fitosanitarios ENA S.A. de C.V. in Mexico. We spoke with Laboratory Manager, Ismael Flores Luna, to discuss their PEAK Scientific gas solutions for their LC-MS.

The good comments I found on the LinkedIn forums and we started using them 11 ago years

What has been the key benefit of deploying PEAK generators for LC-MS as opposed to your previous gas supply solution?

I did not have a gas supply prior to acquiring the first Waters LC-MS.

How would you describe your purchasing experience with PEAK in terms of speed of response, ease of ordering, catering for your needs and timing of delivery?

They are one of the companies that I have the fewest complaints about in these matters.

Have you ever had a site visit from a PEAK engineer in relation to your generator for LC-MS, if so, could you describe your experience of this support?

Only once in 11 years of visits and in a team, has an engineer failed, the rest have been good experiences of efficiency and commitment.

Would you recommend PEAK Scientific generators to other laboratories - and if so, what would be your main reason for the recommendation?

Yes, and the reason would be because they are heavy duty and do not stop fulfilling their function even if a seal is broken or a compressor does not work, you will always be sure that the equipment will work and that it will last.
