PEAK Scientific launch the latest innovation in their GC gas generation technology for Shimadzu

PEAK Scientific, the leading manufacturer of gas generation solutions, has launched their latest addition to the Intura series, Intura H2|O2, following the product’s announcement at Analytica Munich 2026. The dual gas hydrogen and oxygen gas generator has been developed in collaboration with Shimadzu, exclusively for the new Nexis GC-2060.

Following on from the successful launch of the Intura GC gas generator series at ASMS Baltimore in June 2025, PEAK Scientific and Shimadzu have worked closely together to develop a generator which can provide hydrogen for both carrier and flame gas, and oxygen detector gas from deionised water in one single unit.
