PEAK Scientific celebrates Italian market milestone
PEAK Scientific, the world’s leading manufacturer of analytical gas generators, is proud to celebrate the one year anniversary of the opening of its Italian office. Located in Milan, the office has allowed PEAK to provide direct customer service for its growing Italian market whilst further strengthening the company’s presence in Europe.
Following a successful first year of direct operations, the company is looking forward to expanding their business further in Italy and increasing support for the region in years to come. With increased demand for alternatives to bulk-supplied gases for labs such as helium and nitrogen due to supply shortages and rising prices, PEAK’s hydrogen, nitrogen and zero air gas generators can provide gas on-demand for laboratory applications.
As market-leader, PEAK’s gas generators allow labs to replace their bulk gas supply with a more sustainable and safer option to gas cylinders or liquid dewars.
“Looking at the high demand that we have been receiving from the Italian market for the past few years as well as our overall growth in Europe, the opening of the Milan office just made strategic sense to provide excellent customer support and more efficient service,” stated Italian Territory Manager Luigi Innocenti.
PEAK’s focus on customer outcomes by delivering on-site technical support within 72 hours worldwide through directly employed field service engineers has been attributed to its success. With new laboratory instruments entering the market, the company has continued to update its product offering to ensure there is a dedicated solution for all major laboratory instrument manufacturers, primarily for new GC and LC-MS innovations.
Based in Scotland, PEAK Scientific now has over 20 global offices covering 6 continents with direct support and service. In the last decade, the company has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of gas generators in Europe while steadily expanding with new offices opening all over the continent. With an increase in highly-trained engineers and sales teams joining the operation, PEAK’s European expansion shows no signs of slowing down.
