Phil Charles

Phil joined PEAK in 2021 as non-executive Group Director, supporting the business in a cross-functional advisory capacity. Since then, Phil has spent time as interim General Manager for PEAK's North America business and has been closely involved in the evolution of PEAK Gas Generation ‘industrial’ nitrogen division, among other projects. Having worked as a Senior Audit Partner at KPMG in Scotland, before taking the role of Group Director, Phil is no stranger to the business having had PEAK as a client for more than 5 years prior. Through his almost 30 years service with KPMG, Phil brings a wealth of commercial experience to PEAK which benefits us across the whole business as we continue to grow.
