Fiona Taylor

Fiona is our Global Head of Recruitment, providing experienced leadership to the recruitment function globally, overseeing hiring across all functions and regions. Having been with the company since 2007, bringing experience in previous recruitment roles with global organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Fiona has played a major role in shaping and maintaining the unique working culture at PEAK. With a headcount that has risen from 60 to over 600 during this time, Fiona has been personally responsible for hiring many of the current leadership and longest-tenure staff and as part of the executive team, continues to have a positive influence on the development of the business as it continues to grow at pace.
