Aine Finlayson

Assuming the role of COO at PEAK Scientific in 2023, Aine brings over 25 years of experience in various engineering leadership roles across different sectors. With a Master of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, she has predominately led manufacturing and engineering groups through essential business changes to meet the ever-changing customer landscape and ways of working. She holds a strong belief in people development and releasing potential as an enabler of company performance and job satisfaction. Aine is a mum of twins aged 14 who constantly keep her busy and open to the needs of the future workforce.
