THE COMPANY

As a result of our continued growth and success, Peak Scientific Instruments is looking to recruit Production Operators for our manufacturing plant at Inchinnan near Glasgow airport.

We are an award winning company having recently achieved our third Queen’s Award for industry and have a very strong reputation in the market place.  We manufacture and maintain gas generators for the laboratory market and export 90% of our sales to approximately 75 countries.

POSITION

• Building sub-assembly gas generators to approved standards and set time scale
• Ensuring finished products comply with specifications
• Maintaining health and safety standards

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Previous experience of working in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is essential, preferably from a mechanical and/or electrical background.

• Basic electrical knowledge including soldering, wiring and crimping.
• Effective communication skills
• Strong team player

These roles are permanent and primarily dayshift, from 8am- 4.30pm but all applicants must be flexible as there maybe some shift working required.
