CRM Systems Manager - UK
Working as a key part of the Global IT Function, the CRM Systems Manager will have global responsibility for Peak Scientific’s CRM system SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).

THE ROLE: Working as a key part of the Global IT Function, the CRM Systems Manager will have global responsibility for Peak Scientific’s CRM system. Reporting to our Business Systems Manager, you will have full responsibility for system support, change management and system administration.
In addition you will be responsible for the management of all CRM related issues via our structured help desk and offer consultation/business analysis input to complex CRM issues. A people person with the ability to confidently communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, you will also be responsible for CRM training. Ongoing CRM development, deployment and the creation of the Global CRM Change Advisory Board will also be a key challenge. This is a varied, challenging role and will require you to work closely with Global Sales and Service Teams.
Other key requirements of the role will include:
- Supporting the quarterly release process and ensuring the test lifecycle is completed, defects documented and all issues raised with SAP
- Delivering regular communications in relation to system changes
- Creation of new CRM company profiles and support new CRM deployments
- Developing and delivering CRM training globally
- Investigation and resolution of issues in line with agreed SLA’s
SKILLS REQUIRED: As CRM Systems Manager you will have proven experience of working with CRM systems, ideally in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This role will be based within the IT team but you will be a key contact across the global business and experience of working in a global role would be beneficial. A superb all-round communicator, with the ability to solve practical IT and business problems, you will thrive in a fast paced commercial environment.
